Highly responsible leadership position. The position is a member of the Executive Committee and directly involved in developing the strategic direction of the organization. The position requires an individual who can respond to multiple competing priorities and assure excellence in all we do. Job duties include but are not limited to the following: General operation of the living unit. Providing a caring and supportive living structure, dealing with behavior problems, recreational involvement on and off campus, assisting in keeping appointments, meal supervision, maintaining necessary client records, providing transportation as needed, supervise administration of medication, as well as physically restraining a client may be required. High school diploma or GED, must be 21 years of age, possess and retain an valid Illinois driver’s license.

Call-in positions for a variety of evening and weekend hours. Responsible for implementing direct service and support for clients at the CILA, Hope House in Highland, Illinois. Serve as advocate for clients to live in the community as production citizens, set and role model realistic and positive standards of conduct and morality, and must be punctual, responsible, and supportive. Minimum requirements include High School diploma or GED, successful completion of reading test and training program, be at least 21 years of age, and excellent interpersonal skills. REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

Hoyleton Ministries is seeking an RN with the personal characteristics and experiential background to provide appropriate care for children, to win their respect, to guide them in their development, and to participate in the overall treatment program designed for the clients served.
This position is responsible for: scheduling doctor’s appointments, entering factual information on daily medication logs, arranging transportation for medical appointments, purchasing and distributing medical supplies for residents, insuring each client has a current physical, dental and immunizations, responsible for colds, fevers, and routine health care.
The RN will also insure payment to physicians and security of medical cards, administer Hepatitis B vaccines and TB tests, secure necessary written approval before medical procedures, as well as provide basic training for BBP, Hep B and other medication policies as needed.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements: (a) Graduate from a school of nursing holding state accreditation, (b) Possess and retain current license to practice as a professional registered nurse in Illinois, (c) Prefer BSN and courses in public health, (d) Must possess and retain valid Illinois driver’s license, (d) Two years experience in public health nursing, school nursing, and maternal-child health nursing preferred, (e) Must be 21years or older.
