Serving Children and Families for 115 Years

Individual and Family Counseling - Professionally trained and licensed therapists offer counseling services that heal, strengthen and improve the mental, emotional and physical well being of children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. Counseling topics often include depression, anxiety, addictions, codependency, grief, loss, stress, anger, marital issues and self-esteem. Appointments are accepted for children and adults. Counseling services are available at flexible hours and payment is accepted through most insurance companies. A sliding fee scale is utilized.

Family Care Services - As an organization related to the United Church of Christ, Hoyleton Youth and Family Services works in partnership with congregations to make counseling services accessible at local church sites. This allows counselors to provide services in communities where Hoyleton does not maintain a local office.

Kids Rebound - Hoyleton offers the Kids Rebound program in conjunction with local schools. This counseling program has proven to be extremely beneficial for children who are having problems adjusting to a parental separation or divorce or other family crisis.

Transitional Housing in Madison County - Offered in conjunction with the Madison County Community Development Agency, the Transitional Housing program combines temporary housing and supportive services to enable homeless individuals and families to live as independently as possible. The supportive services help promote residential stability, increased skill levels and/or income, and greater self-determination.

Seeds of Success - Our staff works with the Department of Childen and Family Services to provide support services to families with children under three years old. The goal is to strengthen families, threby reducing the number of families entering the welfare system and foster care.
