Hoyleton Ministries is committed to protecting the privacy and confidential information submitted by Web site visitors.  The following document discloses the public privacy rights of Hoyleton Ministries Web site visitors.

 

This Web site is owned and operated by Hoyleton Ministries, a nonprofit in Hoyleton, Illinois with programs serving counties throughout southern and central Illinois.  By using the pages on the Website, you agree to accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.  There may be changes to this policy; however, we will treat all personal information collected in accordance with the privacy notice in effect at the time the information is collected.

It is Hoyleton Ministries policy to collect the least amount of personally identifiable information as possible for a particular request.  For example, Hoyleton Ministries does not require visitors to the Web site to register.  Hoyleton does collect names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses on a voluntary basis.  This information is uses only by Hoyleton Ministries and is accessible only to designated Hoyleton staff that is bound to maintain donor confidentiality.

·       Hoyleton Ministries does not sell or rent personal information. 

·       Hoyleton Ministries does not collect or maintain information from any person known to be under the age of thirteen, and no part of our Web site is structured to attract anyone under the age of thirteen.

·       Online donations through Credit and Debit Cards are secured through encrypted transmittals.
